On the way home from GNO

better known as Girl's Night Out,

we saw something peculiar on the train's window..

Some advertisement on running nose

And strangely, the 3 of us broke into laughters

seeing this ridiculous guy with such a

weird face and especially his round oh-so-red nose,

So, we decided to do a close imitations

on who can look the most closest to him..

A GNO once in a while really makes a difference to me..

The crazy laughters. Cursing people. Bitching about our lifes.

Sometimes, I need GNO just to give me the strength to move

on in life and remind me of WHO I REALLY AM...

Its weird how we decided to have a last minute outing

last Friday but Im glad, I did meet them up..

I really do appreciate those friends who care and

listen to me when Im ups and downs..

And girlfriends, I do hope I do play my part in ur life too...

and no matter wat, always believe that, we , girls

are strong and we can endure whatever comes our way!

Over the weekend, I spent some time with family

as I have to attend a family gathering to come

together for a lil prayer for my aunt whom just

passed away about 40 days ago..

With death of a family member, at the same time,

my family celebrate a birth of a new family member

who is the arrival of baby Asyraaf!

He is sooo adorable and rarely cries, which is of course a good thing..

The last two photos, if you do look carefully,

I guess I look a tiny winy different cuz my cousin, who is attending

make-up class did my face today

and well, i shall give her 6/10 for her make up skills for now

Are we meant to be together?

My migraine is back again.

And this time, it hurts so much.

I wish I could just bang my head on the

wall to stop the pain Im having.

And when the pain finally subsides,

my mind became blank.

What have I done for the past one year?

Ive been working like crazy just to save..

Just to save for school.

But, each passing day became mundane

and Im starting to get sick of this life Im having right now..

Ive to admit, the pay is good.

But, Im getting nowhere staying in this line..

Well, afterall, its just a stepping stone for me to reach

my dream.

Life's hard.

I thought everything was going smoothly

but, now, it seems like everything and everyone is unreachable..

Everyone is going ahead of me,

and yet, Im here waiting for the right time to come..

I know, Im here to stay, and struggle till my last battle..

Im exhausted. of things around me.

Im tired mentally and emotionally.

but one of my friend passed me

her Korean Vcd to me a few weeks

back and Im religiously watching

it everytime Im free or rather at home...

Hyeon-Bin or rather known as

just sweeps me off my feet!

No, I wont allow you to go there, or even anywhere!"

She is worried about everything and EVERYTHING!

I rather not argue with her

But I shall find a way to persuade her to let me go..

A Week of TOTAL Cam-whoring...!

[ Ugly is the new Beautiful]

[[Sunday]]
Decided to meet up with the Amigos today
& we had a fantabulous outing just
chilling out at town...
We started the outing by window-shopping,
followed by a 2hrs movie at Cineileisure
watching the movie 'Fracture'
I guess its an intelligent show
but perhaps its a tad too draggy
and I actually embarassingly fell asleep
Managed to watch the show here & there..
But, of course, I was lost in some parts
due to me falling asleep
And after the quick nap,
I was rather fully awake
and we headed to an Indonesian food place
for dinner and we had
lotsa food that I ended up ONLY
ate 3/4 of the food..
We continued window-shopping
and wrapped up the whole outing by
some photoshoots....
Walked around Sony shop
and Im really procrastinating
whether I should buy Sony Ericsson hp..
There are rather THREE models
Im eyeing on...
But, still deciding which one should
I get...

This girls are Just great..
They add colours to my working life...
Two whole months of training...
Away from all the members...
Having long lunch, walking around Raffles
with the girls
Scouting for the best desserts in

our weekend holiday this 23th June

From Genting, to St James/Batam,
we kinda change the plan to Batam..

and perhaps some spa and outdoor games..
Ahh, Cant wait for June to come!

Went out with dearie last Friday
and we ended up walking around the
new AMK mall and having dinner
at one of the WORST indian stall
at AMK's coffee shop..
Im so not ever going there ever again..
Apparently, dearie got himself
a part time aka temporary job
at Mark & Spencer...
May will be a busy busy week for him
as he needs to work everyday..
Ah huh...From Monday to Sunday!
But, I dont really mind..
WORK = CASH
I like others to have cash on their hands..

with him..

~ Beautiful Liar ~

Ola Everyone!

Yesh. Im finally back?

Where have I gone...?

Nowhere seriously..

Perhaps Im just too held up

at work at guess Im just

too lazy to blog these days!

Payday finally came on the 12th

and had a sumptous dinner

with my colleagues yet again

at Seoul Garden!

We were already planning to have

our gathering at International Cuisine

at Tampines Mall but we've

got last minute information

that the FOOD sucks..

So,we ended up going Seoul Garden again...

After the long long dinner,

we headed to Starbucks where we chilled

out for awhile and Fad's fiancee

send us home in his car..

[I was one happy girl cuz I saved on taxi's fare!]

So, anyway, me and the gang are planning

to go Genting this July for a short 2 days 1 night holiday!

Ahh, now ... this is something im looking forward for...

Something weird with me and my boyfriend is

that we will always argue everytime we meet,

although how well we have spent our day,

somehow somewhere, sparks will just appear

and Its sad to see why we always have to end up

quarreling over nonsenstical stuff

*Sigh* Perhaps it him. Perhaps its just ME!

Well, Im praying hard we'll try to elimininate

arguments as much as possible!

Oooh Yeah, my boyfriend will be enlisted to Civil Defence

and he will be enlisted this September!

And this guy of mine, is just so overjoyed

cuz he's been eyeing to go Civil Defence..

Well, whatever it is, I do hope he enjoyed his

whole period of National Service.

Currently, right now, Im having in-house

training and im trying to absorb as much

info the trainer is trying to convey..

But, I just cant!

The lesson is just soo dreading!

Oh-No!

Guess Im not the only one not paying attention

Will be having a small company party tomorrow..

Oh well, Ive got this line from the movie, The Reaping

And my oh my .... Ive just got one thing to say

Damn shiok la. Just go and watch this show!

Its worth every single cents...

After hours of lunch cum chit-chatting with fellow

comrades, Harry-san and Jiesi-san,

Jiesi rushed to meet her friend for some church gathering

Leaving me and Harry alone..

So, we had planned earlier to watch 'The Reaping'

Right from the start, the show was already full

of suspens and every 10 minutes, I will

literally jumped out of my seat and

grabbing Harry's shirt...

Full of suspens and twist along the storyline

2. "Burnt Me"

Went to Wild Wild wet with him

and we spent 3hours playing all the

rides and dipped ourselves in the water...

Never been done by us before

but we had sooo much fun together

Well, but the aftermath of the outing

was that IM TOTALLY BURNT right now..

Ok, the right term is basically

Im sooo totally tanned!

But right now, the skin is kinda peeling

Gosh, I look like a snake right now!

3."Rina the superhero"

If I were a superhero, I just wished

I could read other people's mind..

I know it will be freaky but hey,

Im like always super curious what

people are always thinking about subconciously!

The Temptations ...............

First of all, Im ashamed to

declare that I am soo totally broke..

Almost bankrupt but of course,

still manage to stay strong and survive

till today!

Perhaps, Ive overspend on things

which I really need to use the most..

Like my ~~jacket,top,shoes,heels,~~

~~novels,Anna Sui's perfume set, make-ups and~~ spectacle.

Just received my handphone bill and

gosh, its a 3 digits figure as usual..

Was hoping that I dont have to pay

my bill for this month but

reality hurts me really bad

when mom came to my room

and showed me the hideous looking

paper called 'The Bill'

Oh well. Oh well.

Guess, I just have to delay my trip

to the salon...

A friend of mine came up of some

wacky idea for me to perm my hair in

some sort of star-ways style..

This is what he actually smsed to me...

"Wait,I got an idea...Just do one not

so thick lock on the side where fringe is.

Its cool!Do it near the side at the back like

how the star wars' character did...So far,

only one actress did it, and it looks nice

and unique on her..Please for my sake do it..

It will look nice on you."

I was like, " Okay,Interesting idea but hmm,

I shall have to consider that proposal!"

Oh anyway, for the salon's thingy...

Gotta sacrifize something to prioritize

things which are way important...

[Woah, did I actually said all that?!!]

Ok, Mom's birthday is coming real soon

To be exact, it will be on the 1st April aka April Fool

So, me and my dad are planning to get her a gift

together and of course that means,

I BE OFFICIALLY BROKE ON 1ST APRIL onwards!

Guess, I really have to save every penny I have

next month when I get my mid-month salary...

[Please god, give me a pay-rise sooooon!]

Anyways, today was the last day of Housing Schemes Training

and although I was really concentrating in class,

I really had fun talking and dreaming together

with the other wacky colleagues of mine..

They are one bunch of really great babes

and best of all, we might be going Thailand

together soon for some shopping spree...

Of course, everything is still not finalized yet...

Just an idea that all the girls think

might be one fantabulous idea!

And yeah, the sentosa trip that

was organized by the company was

really awesome and even the director,

came down to say hi to us

and mingle with us forawhile...

Its really nice getting to know

other colleagues from other branches!

Aching Rina!

You wont want to know the

state of my body right now!

Not that its distorted or I have

a broken hip or something..

[Of course, Its something which

I wont want to ever happen!]

But, after today's teambuilding activities,

my body is now aching like nobody's business

and I actually sprained my hand

And, the weird thing is that only the right

part of my body is aching...

So,anyway, Anthony one of the trainer

was invited to the board to instil the board's

value to ALL the staff through teambuilding games...

There were four games in total But

my favourite ones are the Pyramid games and The rope..

For the pyramid games, we are divided into groups

and were asked to create at least 7 storeys pyramid

using activated rat traps.

I repeat, the rat traps were actually acitivated to make

the job more challenging...

So, if you arent careful, you will be caught by the rat

trap and excuse me, its really really painful!

So,anyways,my group keep doing it again and again

and again but of course, we failed in the end..

One of the group managed to create a really high pyramid..

And if im not wrong, its about 15 storey high...!

So, of course, we took the chance to take a group picture

with our 15-storey high masterpiece....

Hmm, next challenge!

It was the last challenge but it really taught us about teamwork..

Our trainer, Anthony actually created a boundary in the middle of the room..

And so, there was a long rope that creates a barrier in the game..

The challenge here is to carry each of the member from one side of the room

to another without touching the rope at all!

And of course, no one is allowed to go under the rope..

So, the tactic here was to work together

as a team and carry each of our team member safely

to the other side of the room..

And, like it wasnt hard enough!

There was a 120kg guy in our team

and he was already giving up

cuz' he was thinking there IS NO WAY

that we are able to carry him...

And boy, he was wrong!

Anyways, we plan and create strategies

to execute our plan well...

And, to start the ball rolling,

we decided to start with the most

light-weight girl in the room

and to my astonishment, everyone

started to call "Rina...Rina, u are the slimmest mah.."

And I was like thinking to myself

"Are you for real? Im like suppper fat!"

Ha-ha.

So, I ignored their callings cuz there

were actually apparently two Rina(s)

in the room But... again,

all of them look at me..

And I was like...."Ok, But just dont regret later la!"

So, the guys pratically carried me up real high

and unconsciously, I was shouting my lungs out!

[Oh yes, im kinda scsared of heights!]

Hah.

So, the other team members from the other side

slowly bring me down to the ground.

And, fuh.! I gave a huge huge sigh of relieve!

And, no that wasnt all..

There were still 20 members to be transferred to the other side..

So,I volunteered to be one of the support pillars

to bring and carry them up...

Oh yes, there were pain involved

but I enjoyed myself during the activities...

So, for now I just have to bear with the pain...

Awhh!

followed by my Belly dancing class...

Class was really fun today!

I wonder?

First and foremost, I appreciate

everyone who have left sweet messages

One way or another, Im touched with

all the messages and I felt that

I am stronger now, with every obstacles

Ive encountered.

I had really learnt alot and Im leaving

everything to fate and I believe

that if Im meant to be with that somebody,

no matter what happen, I will still be with him..

Last week, Ive enjoyed myself spending

my time with my colleagues and friends...

Friends who sacrifized their times

to make sure Im doing ok..

Colleagues who are always full of ideas

to have fun together....

Well, this week is a really busy busy week for me..

Every 14th of the Month is the worst day

of the month cuz thats where

all the employers will start looking for me....

Today, we had Basic Schemes Test

and boy, its really really tough..

100 questions to be solved in 1 1/2hrs..

I just hope that I will pass.

[And to pass, I need to get at least 80/100]

If you are thinking of what Im thinking,

then...YES, its really crazy.

I guess results will be out tomorrow..

Wishing and praying real hard I will

get at least 80!

Ok. Ive received a confirmation letter earlier on.

6 months probation have passed

and Im a confirmed Executive Officer Grade 7

and of course, I'll be getting a teeeny weeeny

pay rise! [Well, teeny weeny is better than nuthing!]

Giving up on Hope

Dont ya feel something shaky today?

B'cuz apparently there was some tremors

at some parts of S'pore and of course

my workplace as not an exeption as well...

This week was one hell of a busy week

for me cuz' I be going headquarters

from Tuesday to Friday for my

modular training cum attachment...

Was back at Woodlands branch yesterday

and it was a nice feeling meeting up

all my old folks!

colleagues that are always ready to help me..

But I think I owe them a treat or something

for being rather nice to me when

Im in trouble or in distress...

I still remember an incidents or two

which I got myself into trouble..

and luckily for me, there were

a few that willing to help me

despite of my blunderness...

My sexy manager is back....

And joy, its a time to celebrate

Not because that she is sexy

But its because she's a really nice lady

Cant believe that she's actually a

mother of two and still maintained

a slim and shapely body...!

Guess I have to get her advice

on the tips and tricks to be slim as her...

Patrick was telling Wani [one of my closest colleague]

that she might be converted into permanent staff

if she chose to work here longer as temporary staff..

That is a rather good news cuz

I WANT her to be a permanent staff cuz

~ In the Mood...~

Im still all excited bout' my belly dancing class...

Its all started with a warm-up and

we were taught all those kind of moves!

Interesting. Real interesting.

We were then taught the dance steps

to a really popular song called

'Di di' by Khaleed.

Initially, we were all intimidated

by the shocking moves...

Thinking that we will never get it right..

But the dance instructor was really nice..

She taught us step-by-step till we really get it right..

It seems that 1 1/2hr class duration

is really short cuz' we didnt managed to learn lotsa steps..

And where oh where could I get a cool hip scarf?

I guess that I will need to go scarf hunting this week

to wear to class this coming Saturday...

Hmmm.......

I be having a full-day training at headquarter tomorrow...

And my one-month intensive training will be starting

on 4th March..

Oh yes!

My job scope requires me to remember alot..

and i MEAN alot of schemes and facts...

Seriously tedious that we need to attend a

one LONG and lengthy training..

But, Im all geared and ready, baby!

I am really exhausted.

Work has been really crazy

since CNY holidays was over.

The number of customers has

doubled, tripled and we arent spared

by the zillions of demands!

There wasnt even a toilet break for

us cuz' all of the staff are required

to be on full force every second of they day..

Ahh.

How I missed the good old times.

The times when we were all just shaking

our legs instead!

Weekends are getting more and more hectic for me..

Just started my first tuition assignment earlier today

and boy, it will be a huge challenge for me

to tackle this case cuz' my tutee apparently

is really really weak in her language..

and I kinda have to put some 'magic'

to do some remarkable changes to her marks!

But, Im ready to accept this challenge

cuz my student is just sooooo adorable!

Straight after tuition, met up with Jiesi and Christine..

As we strolled along Orchard roads and had a nice long

dinner at Far East...

Girls will always be girls

Be it shopping or just purely window-shopping,

we just love it BOTH.

Wonder why guys look so bored accompanying us shopping!

I'll be starting my first belly dancing class

tomorrow with my cousin...

Kinda excited about the whole dancing thing...

Back to Reality..

Isnt it just amazing to have all the time in your hands?

Just great. To enjoy such a long weekend.

without thinking of work. customers. bosses.

But too bad.

Well, I did make sure I had my maximum rest

and ensuring that I have 'recharge' myself

to start a new day at work tomorrow...

My two saviours at work aka super-colleagues

will be extending heir leaves

And so, I'll have to pray hard

So, how do I spent my Holz?

Sunday was spent chilling out with my sweetheart.

We went out real early this time round..

It was madness when we were together..

He was really 'phsically abusive' to me..

and I was seen shouting. screaming.

and ticklish.

It was weird how shops in shopping malls

were all close. yet. amazingly,

the crowds are forever there!

We visited whatever shops there were

at Vivo.

and not forgetting, Toy R us!!

Late at night, we all headed to Sengkang

to meet my chinese friends to visit

Mi Fang for a CNY gathering cum farewell gathering..

Monday.

Was spent hanging out with family.

As we hopped from one shopping malls to the others.

Laughing. talking. and eating.

Its been a long long time since we been going out like these..

But as we were about to go home,

a huge headache kinda hit me...

Kinda irks me that Im always having a bad headache..

I wonder what went wrong...

Oh yeah....Finally, i signed up for my belly dancing class

this morning with my cousin!

Now, I realize how its a blessing

to be with someone who we really love...

Love was in the air all week..

Ive seen how loving bfs and husbands

send bouquet of roses to their special ones..

Ive seen how the ladies grinned at the sight

of receiving gifts and loves from their loved ones..

Deep inside, I felt a tinge of jealousy

when Ive seen girls on the streets

with a bouquet of flowers on their hands..

But,I can see how my dear has change

over the past few days to improve our relationship..

Undeniably, yes, we are going a rough times over

the past few months..

But, despite all the obstacle, we are always

trying to perservere and improving every

steps of our relationships...

Well, love stories aside..!

Im enjoying work these days!

More temporary staff are hired

and well oh well, my job scope are getting easier!

Well, Im still an untrained officer

cuz' apparently newer staffs will ONLY

be send for a 1month training in our 5th or 6th

months of working....

But, well, thanks to all my colleagues

in my company, due to their guidance,

I really really learn alot..

But, of course, there's still a long way to go!

And last Tuesday, there was a mini-drama

in our company!

For a minute, there was a slight chaos

cuz' apparently, one of the renovation worker

fell from a very high ladder and suffered

a bad twist on his hand..

The atmosphere during the incident was so intense

and my colleagues got panicky for awhile...

So, the ambulance came and so does our 7 seaters

MPV taxi!

And then, we realized, we are all LATE

for our meeting at our main office...

Drama!

Everyday is Valentine's to me...

Sunday.

11th February 2007.

We werent planning to celebrate the 14th together.

We are not really keen in Valentine's thingy.

Cuz to us, everyday being together is

Valentine's..

We have our special moments together...

Although yesterday was a short meeting up,

Im contented to spent quality times with you..

We started the day by window-shopping

at PS before our korean movie, Love in Summer started..

It was the first time we watched it together..

The movie started abit draggy..

[Draggy storylines makes me yawn!]

but coming to the end of the movie,

was the peak of the storylines...

Two lovers much in love

with one another were forced to separate

from one another due to unforseen circumstances..

I could feel the pain the girl had in her eyes..

To make it more worse,

they were separated for years and when finally,

the guy managed to track where she went,

he was slammed with a painful truth..

that.she had passed away..

Tears started falling on my cheeks..

and so does he.

And I realized, how much I love him.

After the heartwarming movie,

we had a hearty lunch at Pizza Hut's

and of course, we ordered our Lover's special pizza set..

and thereafter, I started to feel so sad inside.

And on the way back home, tears started falling on my cheeks.

yet again.

These day, I could cry really easily...

Maybe Im trying to adapt to the distance

between you and I.

Both you and me. are forever so busy.

Its not likr last time.

where we could just hang out together whenever

we want to.

Talking on the phone and crapping nonsense.

Texting each other to update one another..

Perhaps I cried cuz the time we

have for each other is so short...

and we are alway rushing for something

Its weird how guys could get so freaked out
when topics such as marriage, engagement
and commitment was triggered to them.
Apparently, rings. guys. doesnt seems
to complement nicely.
Be it old, young, rich or poor..
If you did noticed the obvious,
guys, I would say guys
are rather not ready for marriage or
long-term commitments
unless THEY have seen the world enough
or get to the point in their life
where they have a stable jobs.
But in some cases, some guys
who have everything still stubbornly
decided not to end their bachelor's life..
Perhaps, the thrill of being Single
and the freedom that comes with it
is just too much for them to give up..
These days, Ive seen

Life is a masquerade!

Such a drama week for me this week!

Mixed-up feelings....
Im feeling weird all of a sudden.
Suddenly, I just feel a huge huge burden
on my back and its adding a bit of
pressure on me. And seems like everyone is turning
their back on me.

I want to be like last time.
where I was so carefree.
Just study..Chill out...Doing things
which I just lurve to do..
But now, it seems that im kinda
suffocating cuz everything

In a weird office break earlier today,

my colleagues and I came up with

a very interesting topic...

From Hen's party to striper,

our conversation was joined

by our male colleague..

He, for once, made me realize

something and it really pricks my conscience...

This is what he said to me,

" More and more S'poreans are marrying

foreigners...Take me for example! I married an

Indonesian..And my two other brothers are marrying

foreigners as well!"

Interesting. Very interesting.

So, in order to know what's going

It seems like yesterday that

Year End Party is here again!

Oooooh, Its already the Eve of Christmas

and that means 2-0-0-6 will be

coming to an end real soon!

Wasnt planning to go Xmas Party yesterday

But, part of me decided to let loose and

in the end, I sms Harry " Yes, Harry....I'll be

going to the Xmas Party! Meet you there!"

Woke up at 11am yesterday morning

and got prepared to go to town with Wani & Jiesi..

Met the girls at 2pm and we started our shopping spree

In just a mere 3hrs, we managed to shop for..

Loads of Xmas Prezzies, Jeans, Mango Tops and etc etc

It was a madhouse at town..

Everywhere was just filled with people that

I just filled like screaming my lungs out

so that they will all scram away from my sight!

[Hah, But the crowd was really unbelievable!]

So, at exactly about 530pm, we decided its time

to rush back at my place to wrap our

Xmas gifts and to doll ourself up for the Xmas Party

that will start at 7pm...

But But But ...

We were still wrapping our prezzies at 6pm

and only started to doll ourselves at 715pm!

Anyways, I put on a sweet Black dress that

I just recently bought and covered my shoulders

with a lilac-coloured shawl...

Jiesi, on the other hand, was wearing this cute looking

dress and she really look like a doll!

So, we hailed a cab and as expected,

we were the last one to arrive!

Haha, without waiting, we quickly target on the catered food

that was really yummy!

[I wasnt that shy to take a really big serving!]

So, we chatted and ate and took lotsa of pictures...

Cant believe the guy that went to NS look really different..

Wei Xiang & Colin look all macho and SLIM!

Yes, they were really slim compared to Poly Years..

After njoying the food, all 20 of us headed inside the bungalow

to play some Xmas Games..

Each of us was pasted a person's name [Be it a celebrity or famous person]

on our backand we have to guess the person's name or

will be forfeited!

So, when it came to my turn, I have to ask 10 random people questions

pertaining to this person that I have guess.

This is what I actually asked...

1. What is the occupation of this person? [Answer: Director]

2. What is the gender of this person ? [Answer: Male]

3. What is the name of the company he is working at ? [Answer: Seagate]

4. Is he a also an actor on tv? [Answer: No]

5. Is he popular among the teenagers? [Answer: Yes, but to only one girl!]

At the 5th question, I was stumped!

I have no idea whats the name of the Seagate's Director!!

So, I was left with 3 wild guesses to guess the name of this person..

So, I threw silly answers like President Nathan and such

which is obviously the wrong answer!!

The answer is actually Vanessa's dad!

I wasnt even aware that her dad was a director of Seagate!!

Wow, Im actually in the house of the director of Seagate!

Of course, I had to be forfeited..

After the game ended almost at 11pm, we did gift exhanging..!

and Mark & Spencer's Chocolates!!

And so I reached home at about 1am and soon after,

I fell into a deep deep sleep!

Monday was spent grocery shopping at Cold Storage

with Harry, Jiesi and Sharifah..

It was really fun. We spent hours walking

of tidbits. weird tidbits lyke the 'small crab lookalike tidbits'

Tuesday was toiletries shopping with my beloved dear..

Wednesday was girl's stuff shopping with Wana

Thursday. The only day I didnt shop.

Friday. I got a flip flop and one beauuuutiful secret stuff

which I cant reveal right now as it will sabotage my

plan.. [Shhh..Shhh.]

And of course, Saturday...I finally FINALLY

get hold of my Pink Gues Bag

and the thing i love most there is 20% discount storewide

and i actually save about $50..

I got it for only $95 instead of the original price

of $149!

And in the midst of all the excitement,

I actually misplaced my wallet but thankfully,

I retrieve it back at the Guess Boutique

[Yes, Iskandar...I have learnt my lesson..

i'll try not to be soo careless next time!]

Of course, my dear was pretty angry at me

for being so careless and misplacing my

stuffs all the time!

He nearly strangled me to death

but everything was back to normal

cuz' I know he cant be mad at me for too long!

We watch The Holiday yesterday

starring Cameron Diaz and Jude Law

and man, its the BEST movie

that both Iskandar and I have watched

together in our 2 years of relationship..

Although Im not a big fan of Cameron,

I love her ROLE in The Holiday

and Jude Law IS just sooooooo HOT!

Man, he's just sooo gorgeous

It makes the movie much more entertaining to watch..

Back to the movie,

Its about 2 woman who got sick of their love life

so they kinda did a home exchange.

Cameron, was an insensitive woman

and never could have a serious long-term relationship

and a break-up means nothing to her!

And believe it or not, she has never shed a tears

for a guy...

So, she met Jude Law and everything changes!

I shall not say much

cuz you need to watch it yourself..

Its worth every cents of the movie ticket!

Girls next Door~

Ola!

Its been a week since ive did an update

and if any of you do notice, my bloggin pattern

is evident throught the dates i blog..

Ive now come to the point that I ONLY blog once in a week..

Gone were the days went i will blog tike one in 2-3 days..

This is all due to my working schedule

and mainly due to my disinterest in blogging much

Anyway, Ive met my old ex-collegues, Endang

at Khatib Mrt...

We spent some time talking and updating each other

about our lifes..

Oh well, its more her updating me of this CUTIE guy

she have a crush on! [Ha Ha!]

Talking about crushes, she used to have

a serious serious crush on a guy [who worked opp. The Body Shop]

who have a crush on me ! [But, Its wasnt really a serious crush!]

Its weird that he was sooo shy even to speak to me..

So, we never really talk..[Those were the day]

How's my week so far?

Hmm, last weekend was spent with the girls at my crib

and weekday was more of working, working and working..

Ive had a rough week at work

But everything is ok right now..

I guess everyone have their lows during their job..

For now, i rather just keep it to myself..

Saturday was great!

Went out with my him

and we had planned to watch dvds at the beach

But lil' did we know that our plan was sabotaged

by the distruption caused at admiralty train station

and the bus that we supposed to take to Pasir Ris

was filled with loads and loads of people..

We paused. and then, we chose

to fill our stomachs first before deciding on anything..

So, we had crispy chickens at kfc [Finger Lickin' Gd!]

Then, we proceed to get some VCDS

at causeway points..

We got TWO American pies movie

and Jackie Chan's Rob-B-Hood

But anyways, our plans kinda got backfired

cuz' the laptop's battery we supposed to use

were dying off soon..

So, we ended up chillin at Boat Quay

and headed to PS to catch a movie..

Yesterday, was a sweet day

bcuz' we spent most of the time talking

letting out our feelings

and true enough, we spent talking outside my crib

till about midnight and we decided to end our day..

[12 hrs together..Just us!]

Thats what I call Quality Time!

Just me, him and his friends......

Oh! What a day for me...!!

Today was oficially the FIRST time

that I hung out with him and his friends..

The day started of with me and 5 of his guy friends

and was later followed by one of girl-friend..

Hmm, what a strange strange day for me

as I have never ever hung out with his friends

for ONE whole day..

Oh yeah, Ive met Zaki and his poly-friends for awhile

but to actually hung out with them for one

whole day was seriously something new for me!
But, I did enjoyed my day

cuz I could spend time with him

and his friends was pretty easy to get

along with as well especially Naim.. [Such a joker!]

We had dinner at LJS

and watch Tenacious D at Cathay Cineileisure..
The movie is really reeeeaaaallly funny!
Hahaha....

Jack Black and Kyle Glass was stupid and hilarious

and of course, guest appearances like Ben Stiller

made the show more interesting!

Ben Stiller was one rocker

and amazingly, he played his role just so perfect!

I will give 4.5 popcorns to this movie!!

Hmm, November is all about birthdays!

First it was mine, followed by

Ameera, Iskandar's sister

and next week will be his mom's birthday..

Wonder whether I should get anything for his mom

cuz' I did got a small present for his sister..

Got her a barbie doll set as she's in

love with barbie dolls,

and plus the fact she's only 8...

Talking about barbie dolls,

I remember the times when i will

spent time playing with barbie dolls,

polly-pocket and play-doh!

But, Saturday was great!

So, my girlfriends surprised me with a birthday cake

So, anyway, my colleagues at work are nice
enough to grant me off day on my birthday
although it was really a last-minute planning..

My dearest was the sweetest of all.
He spoke to me on the phone till it
striked midnight and
sang me a birthday sang..
and on my real birthday itself,
he fetched me and surprised me
with a box of choco, a bouquet of flower
and two lovely birthday cards..
He got me a pweety pweeety dress as well...

We started the day real early
by having a tea break at coffee and toast,
followed by a movie,
shopping breeze,
dinner at earl's swensen at vivo city
and lastly, we had a small cake at the garden..
Lovely.
He was really really sweet to me.
And to you my dear,
although, you're unable to give me
everything to make my 21st birthday perfect
But its the small little things
that you say and do
that makes my day
and touched my heart.
For that, I love you.

And, plus, we discover something about
both of us..
We actually have similar tastes in clothes..
And it was really sweet of you
to go dress-hunting with me!

Its aint Novemeber yet,

Anyway, we spoke and talked for a while
which is surprising cuz' for the past 21 years of

Anyways, after that, my relatives started flooding my house
and at about 8pm, my chinese friends came over..
Invited them over for dinner and
after dinner, they surprised me with a birthday cake
and the gifts...

Family Potrait

To all muslims and Indian friends,

Happy Deepavali and Selamat

Menyambut Hari Raya, Hari yg mulia ini~!

And so, this year was a simple affair of celebration

As for my family, we do not really visit much houses

Due to nearing of exam periods,

my aunts chose not to go out much this year..

So, my family ended up visiting my mom's side on first day

But, it was still great

cuz we cousins, did some bonding while travellin

and even though this year, im suppose to be

the one giving 'zakat' to the lil kids out there,

my aunts still gave me 'green packet'

And so you see, my day doesnt end that bad!

Oh well, I had such a bad flu yestday

and ended up using the whole of the tissue box

when i was at my aunt's place

I went 'ha-choo' 'ha-choo'

and a loud 'HA-CHOO!'

[Wasnt ladylike at all!]

Anyways, the 1st day of aidiladha,

I bumped into secrets and the unknowns.

A lot have been been happening in my family

Not my immediate family

but to my uncle and cousins.

Tho there is one aunt that I dont really fancy

in my family,

I am still sad for her as her fate with her husband

had to end so fast...

Its very sad to see marriages end

in this way.

The ones that will be affected the most is the childrens..

I dont know about how others feel

but I always think that divorce is not the way

to solve problems..

Enough of sad stuff!!

I was in shocked three times yesterday!

Firstly, Rosliana, my NYP schoolmate

is actually my long-lost cousin!!

Bumped into her at my uncle's place

and I was in awe when we realized the

shocking truth...

Chat with her for awhile before parting ways!

Next, I met a guy @ my grandma's place..

Something about him drawn me to him..

Not that im attracted to him

But I knew he is my answers to all my unanswered questions..

I knew that he holds the key to the family secrets..

But, yet, yesterday, I could not just

directly go to him and expect him

to tell me everything...

Who is that mysterious guy?

Lastly, before I fell asleep,

Iskandar called me and told me something

that make me so oh-shocked!!

His family is coming over to my house

next week to visit my family..!!

How shocking can this be?!!

I just hope he was just kidding...

But, my mom is pretty excited cuz

Iskandar's mom is afterall her long-lost

schoolmate in primary school..

'Sleep-Talking'

Yee Haa! My week started off really

slow! With me, unreluctantly dragged

myself to work each morning

But surprisingly, the more I drag myself,

the more I actually enjoyed myself at work..

Anyways, I went to Vivo City last night

with Iskandar....and its HUGE!!

The first stop I went with Iskandar was...

to The Candy Emipire..!!

Shiiiiiiiiok Man..!

All those candies...All those chocolates

I can spend hours just in the shop..

We walked around Vivo City

and my fav. place so far is the Playground

that is situated in the middle of the shopping centre

and something nice about this mall,

is that its facing the sea...

So, the second thing I like about the mall

is its splendid view..

Of course, the never-ending shops

is a bonus to me!

A must go for all shopaholics!

Went for a quick shopping

with Wani after work

and I managed to get some cool items...

I got myself a Charles & Keith Heels,

a pink butterfly earrings and necklace and

a Adidas Perfurme..

All this for an hour of shopping!

Thats really a fast one ,huh?!!

And and and...the story of the day for today

I did it again!

Yes, I sleep-talking again last night!

my crazy wacko sleeping habit!

Friday the 13th

Was browsing my old entries earlier,
and I smiled at myself.....

So many events and life-changin' experiences

happened to me.

The first day of a job,

the guys I used to date

The few crushes I had in polytechnic, 3 to be exact!

Ooops!

I was really silly last time.
My crushes will forever remain as secret crushes

For I will never reveal my real true feelings

if I had any crushes at that time..
Funny thing bout me is that once i STOP

having crush on that person,

then I will have the courage to tell him..

Do not ask me why.

But, i think its the E-G-O in me!

And thinking back, thinking about 2 years back,

I guess at about this time, I just got to know Iskandar

and believe it or not, we were together after 3 months

of knowing each other and a few dates.

and then, we realized that ALL the shops

were about to close,

so we rushed to Sasa

for some make-up shopping

and each of us bought a thing or two

and we left the shop with

a sweet grin on our face..

It was ten when we left the shop

BUT

we decided to try our luck and

rushed to the candy empire

And as predicted, it was really close!

Infact, in close at 930pm!

Urrghhh!!

Oh yeah, I had started to make Hari Raya cokies

yesterday and in the evening, my family

and I drove to Geylang for dinner

and I finally managed to bought a maroon kebaya...

Like finally...

Superb Sunday!

Ola Ola Everyone..!!
Oh well, Im having such a Monday Blues today..
And add more blues to my Oh-so-already Monday Blues,

I had such a bad tension heachache earlier in the morning..
Was pretty bad in the morning

but it slowly disappear with time..
Anyways, my Sunday was great...

Jiesi, our suga mummy treaed us to Secret Recipe..
Oh, you cant imagine what we actually ordered..
We ordered sooo much, its unbelievable!!

So, we oredered..

1. Fish and Chips

2. BBQ Chicken with rice.

3.Kebab with rice

4.Lasagne

5.Pumpkin soup

6. Mash potato

7. Huge slice of banana-choco cake!
And we ended up with a bloated stomach..

We also managed to watch Rob-B-hood

starring Jackie Chan and Louise Khoo..

Was pretty reluctant to watch initially but

as my dear Jiesi wanted to watch it badly,

we decided to watch this 2 3/4hr movie

and I must say its really a good show..
Funny.Exciting.Touching...

Who would believe that a corpse was

froze in order to preserve it?!!

Hmm, going Geylang tomorrow with Harry,Jiesi

and Iskandar..
Will be having a mini fieldtrip for them to

see and feel the atmosphere in Geylang Serai..

The random thoughts

So, its still Year 2006. A life-changing year for all of us, at least for me.

And so, everyone around me is looking for an IDENTITY. A career identity.

Its a difficult transition from an ignorant student and into a working adult.

So,whats the definition of a full-time pledged working adult?

Ok, we will finally have our own income.

And that comes with a bigger responsibility..

It also means no more monthly allowances from mom,

paying your own handphone bills,

no more 'mommy, can I please have extra $$$ this month..'

or "can you pleasssse buy that hp for me"

And with the Raya coming real soon,

it also means no more 'grean hong-bao'

and it will be a bit of twist this year..

I'll be the one giving out money to kids!

Oh joy. Thats the joy of being a working adult.

Ok, please dont think im complaining.

I aint think its that sucks...

With every challenges in life, something positive will come as well.

So, whats my career identity?

I aint shy to say I havent found one yet but I know it will come sooner..

Therefore, right now, Im searching for that identity...

I guess, this goes for all the grads as well.

Sometimes, I think way way too much.

Putting stress on myself when all I could do is sit back and relax.

But,hey,thats just me...Im a thinker and a worrier.

Worried about the constant challenges of life.

So, I wanna do alot of things in life.

So much to accomplished. But, is there much time for me?

Everyone get to live once. I aint gonna join the rat chase.

I dont want to spend all my time getting all the money in the world.

All I want to do in life is to live fulfilling.

Being free. and content.

I want to be free.

I would like to travel around the world. Changing someone's life.

Its weird how we had talked about adopting.

And no, no, no....Im not marrying anytime soon.

I dont want even want to think about marriage.

Its just tooo...tooo 'Bleak.' [If u know what I mean..]

But,yes, when Im married one day.....

Hopefully, my future husband will allow us

to adopt a child cuz' I want to change someone's life.

And no, its not something that I just thought of doing.

Ive been wanting to adopt a child since young.

Cuz' someway or another, I could fee the lonelines

and bitterness for a child to be alone in this world,

with no parternal love and for them to call 'mom' and 'dad'...

Insyallah,I do hope that this dream of mine will come true one day.

There's soo much things to do.

And yes, I found a cool dance school. Focuses on giving belly-dancing class.

I wonder whether I should join. 8 class for $180.

Pretty reasonable fee, I should say.

By the way, I did a two-weeks admin job at SES.

I fell in love with the building architecture the moment I set my eyes on it..

The project director and sales manager are two great people.

I think they are charming in their own way. Charming in their profession

What's the word called?

Charismatic. Yah, they are...

So, managed to say a proper 'good-bye' to the director..

One nice dude. Even passed me his name card cuz'

he told me " Rina, if you're bored at ur new place, can still look for us!"

Double Happiness . . . .

Ive came across different people in my life,
and we are all not spared from having our difficulties
in our own way
Its sad to see those who you are close to,
or at least familiarize with
suffering from the challenges of life..
Friends may put on a happy faces,
but what lies beneath these faces,
its strangely unknown..........

I have my own dream - something I want to do
and no matter what Im determine to get it

Congrats to the newlyweds who tied the knots yestday
All the relatives, near and far, came together
to commemorate the special day
and as usual, my family was asked to come down
a day before to assist in the preparation of the food..

I totally hate it - doing all the nitty gritty stuff
cutting all those veges and fruits..
And I even injured my hands..
My heart was mildly cursing for being there
doing pointless stuff
and plus, I DONT know how to even start
cutting it -- with the RIGHT way!!
If I have magic, I will disapppear myself from there..

But as time passed by, I managed to learn a
trick or two about some culinary skills
and I was getting the hang of it,
I did it continously for 3 whole hours..
I didnt even wanna stop when my cuzzins asked
me to have a break instead..
Ive wasted alot of time, not learning the basic
culinary and cooking skills from my mom..
But I guess its not too late, to learn some things..
But But, if I was asked to COME down every Saturaday
to do all this 'cutting, peeling,choppig....'
Ive got one thing to say..
" Sorry! Busy... Not my kinda cup of tea.. "

Ok, so, im still unemployed
and I have a new responsibility added to me..
My mom wants to open a shop when she reached 50
and as the elders in the family, I knew I had to in a way
helped her to fulfill this dream..
My mom has always wanted to open her own food stall
But never had her chance..
Perhaps, when I saved enough one day,
we'll open a halal restaurant or
starts off as a small cafe or something...

Hmm, only thing now...
I better jolly well start saving money
for, there is sooo many things I would like to achienve..

And to you,
Thanks for being there for me all this while..
When Im down, sad or happy,
You were there to guide and advise me..
I know you are trying your best to accomodate to me
and learning how to adapt yourself to me,
and for that, I want you to know
how much I appreciate you
If one day we might not be together,
Im glad that once in my lifetime,

I got offered a temporary job as contract admin officer

and I got a place at SIM UNI...

I have yet to agree to anything yet because

I am still waiting for other offers

in terms of work opportunity and Uni offers...

So, yesterday was spent hanging out with

Sharifah, Harry and Jiesi...

We had our crazzzzy dinner at Sakura, Northpoint..

And we were even entertained by a 'weird and funny'

waiter who kept coming to me THRICE

and asked me whether we have met

each other before....

and I HAVE to repeatedly tell him...

"SORRY,NO?"

And he started to came to our table very often
to say some weird things to us..
Perhaps, he's just bored at work...

We had my favourite Tom Yum and Thai Friend Chicken,
Sambal Kangkong and Hotplate Beancurd...

Hmmm, Yummmy!

I was dead tired by the time I reached home cuz'

earlier in the day at 7am in the morning to be precise,

my lil' bro called me up and intefered in my peaceful dream

and begged me to send his pile of homework which

he had forgotten to bring to school..

Initially I was shouting to him for disturbing my sleep

but out of gulity conscience, I dragged myself out of the bed

and headed to his school...

Then, flashbacks started to came back...

When I was young like him,

I always FORGOT to bring my books or file or homework

to school, and either my mom or dad

have to come all the way to my school

to pass it to me...

But then again, our old house was just

opposite the school..!

Hmmph!

My super great-day with my
super forever-Boyfriend!

I simply adore my Tuesday cuz its just
superbly Fantabulous...
Started the day with a trip to my cousin's school
and taught the kids a thing or two about Business
and they are such loverly bunch of erm...kids?
Hehe...
Didnt managed to take any picts of them as
I was very very, indeed very late attending
their class earlier on..

So, anyway, right after the class,
I rushed to meet my super boyfriend
cuz' Im actually a bit late again
[Oh yes, but its just a few mins late!So,thank Goodness!!!]

We headed to Causeway point to have our dinner
at pizza Hut and we had a great
dinner together, talking and laughing most of the time..
[Oh, how I misss him so soooo much!!]
Anyway, we headed to Yishun to catch 'My super Ex-Gurlfrren'

Well, the reason we are watching another movie yet again
cuz there's pratically nothing else to do besides watching movie..

Firstly, it was already at night
and there's not much activities you could do at night...

But!!

Today, was a reallly really sweet date I had with him
cuz today we DIDNT QUARREL AT ALL!
It went really smooth

with no petty fights or misunderstanding
which we had pretty often...
So, the night today went really nice
and he told me that it was one of the nicest meeting
so far..!
[I was pleased when he said that & Im happy if he's happy...]

We are going cycling cum picnic this Friday
and hopefully, it wont cancel again like how
it always happened the other times..
Ahhh, Im dead tired but I just cant put off
the smile I am having on my face right now..
Im hoping my life will be as smooth sailing
and sweet and perrrfect just like today..
[Its all about the m.i.n.d.s.e.t]
